Delete your account

Signed-in customers can delete their account in Account & security. If you cannot use the app, record a request below for identity verification. This form never grants access to your vault and does not bypass the authenticator.

Verified deletion removes active account and vault data without waiting for billing to settle. Minimal billing records remain separately to reconcile Google Play billing. Backup expiry and retention commitments require operator review before consumer launch; see the privacy notice. Export existing data first. Provider credentials are not revoked.

Deleting an account queues cancellation of linked Play subscriptions. A queued request is not confirmation: check or cancel directly in Google Play, especially during a service outage.

The private preview has no operational support queue yet. Requests are recorded, not automatically approved; consumer launch requires an assigned operator and verified contact channel.
