Support — private preview

Private-preview support is an in-app support assistant that answers common questions from built-in help articles on your device; it does not send what you type anywhere. The legal operator and service response commitment are awaiting owner confirmation. Do not submit vault passphrases, API keys, authenticator seeds, passkey private material or signing secrets. You can cancel a Play subscription directly through Google Play without contacting DevLockAPI. For future Apple subscriptions, use Apple account subscription settings; Apple billing is not enabled here. The support hub separates inquiries, complaints, cancellation guidance and account-deletion routes. It does not currently submit general support tickets. A monitored support, deletion-verification and billing-reconciliation channel must be configured before consumer launch.
